鞋子有點硬~但是外型好看，鞋底也不會太硬，但是鞋舌的地方有點硬，但總歸是好的~服務態度也很好，由於一直等不到發貨，寫了好幾封信件去詢問，他們總部有回信，可是我一直沒收到，結果他們派了香港總部的人直接打電話連繫我，原來是英國總部有回覆我mail但是我這邊一直沒有收到，原來是他們需要本人中文姓名才能過海關發貨，總之順利解決了，很感謝
